Erika Hurcaya and Marc-John

Erika Huarcaya (War caya) is a Chanka-Quechua wisdom keeper and co-founder of Native Wisdom Hub. Drawing on her ancestral lineage, she guides ceremonial cacao teachings, women's circles and Cacao Ceremonial Leadership Training, with a strong focus on supporting indigenous feminine leadership.

Marc-John Brown is co-founder and strategic director of Native Wisdom Hub, working as a cultural bridge-builder, ally and collaborator. He creates content, partnerships and structures that connect modern seekers with traditional teachers in a respectful and accountable way.

Together, Erika and Marc-John founded Native Wisdom Hub, a Scotland-based social impact enterprise offering retreats in Peru, training and education, and land and cultural conservation work. Everything they do is grounded in direct relationships with living indigenous communities and tradition-holders, and in the spirit of ayni: the sacred reciprocity through which knowledge received returns as support for the communities who carry it.

Their shared invitation is simple: approach indigenous wisdom with reverence and responsibility, so that personal healing and the protection of these living traditions can grow together.
